First let me say that I don't know much about this so excuse my ignorance.  I have been with Comcast now for many ears.  I was with them when they were Adelphia.  With Adelphia, I had the slowest of the three packages that they offered and it always worked fine.  When Comcast bought them out, I kept paying the same amount ($25.95 a month) but Comcast only offers 2 speeds now.  Not sure what I have but things have been slowing down.  It seems like my service is quite a bit slower and seems to be cutting in and out.  It will go out and I will go and unplug the router and modem and plug them back

I know, who cares. Since the last post: Father-in-law is doing good. Pacemaker seems to be doing it's job. I got to spend a night in the hospital. That sucked. Christmas was good. Both boys are playing basketball. Seems like I have no free time.

As I write this, my father-in-law is being prepped for surgery.  He is having a pace maker put in.  If you could say a little prayer for him I would appreciate it.

My youngest son keeps saying he wants a Nintendo DS.  Not sure where that came from since he is only 4.  Both boys are getting a Wii from Santa and the 5 year old is getting a basketball goal.  I am actually thinking about getting a handheld for the little guy.  They have Leapster handhelds but they get bored with them.  I don't think they are challenging enough.  I haven't even begun to look at these things.  Which handheld is the best?  How much are these things?  What games are good?

Well at least I hope not.  I am buying an air rifle.  I have been in the mood lately for a new gun.  I started out wanting an AR15.  I have always wanted one.  Of course they run $900 and up.  Plus, they aren't cheap to shoot.  Then I decided to just get a new .22.  Cheap to shoot.  The only problem is I would have to go somewhere to shoot.  Then I had the bright idea to try and air rifle.  Cheap to shoot plus I can shoot in my own backyard.  Heck, I can shoot in my own basement if I want.  I know, not as cool as an AR but I am too old to worry about being cool any more.  I started to explore
