So today, with the help of my two friends, VideoDan and Joey, I was able to snag one of my personal Holy Grails when it comes to coin-op arcade video cabs, Donkey Kong. This machine went on sale in the town next to mine on Friday via CL. I was lucky enough to get the first email into the seller and went by on Friday to check it out and put a downpayment on the machine. Today, we picked it up and brought it back home.

In case you missed the latest on the Front Page, our own Derek "DSmooth" Nolan has hand-assembled a panel of community-minded folks for a panel on gaming communities and real life relationships. The panel will take place on Friday March 26th from 3:30 to 4:30 PM at the Manticore Theater in the Hynes Convention Center. From the upcoming brochure, the panel is as follows:

Jon let us in on a sneak preview of the new Halo Waypoint Animated Series "Midnight in the Heart of Midlothian" , which launched last Saturday and continues this weekend. So I got in a few parts this week for two of my machines and I thought I would share some pics with you. The first was a very nice set of reproduction control panel overlays for a Ms. Pac-Man Cocktail.

As some of you may remember, I found a Pac-Man cocktail machine burried in a locked tractor trailer behind a coin-op operator's warehouse a little over a month ago. This is what the game looked like when I found it.
