I just finished God of War II on the Easy setting. The game is plenty hard on easy, but persistence will get you thru it. If you want to have a game experience, play it on Easy. If you want to add personal skill to the mix, play a harder level. At least when Easy is complete, you will have some options available to help make it more even.

I finally renewed my GameTap subscription.  So I loaded up my gamesave from Sam & Max: Episode 1.  I had stopped at a really boring spot, but playing it last night was a real treat.  The humor in that game is very dry, and the writing is very good.  I love all of the 70's and 80's puns in there, like a character named "Brady Culture" (70's reference for a character from the 70's) and the Culture Clubhouse (80's reference to PeeWee and Boy George).  When you play this game, you owe it to yourself to

So I finished the ever-so-grand Xbox Rewards Challenge from Old Spice.  All of the substantial gifts were gone on day 2 of the challenge, but I'm supposed to get Contra (I already have it), 100 gamer points, the "Level 2" gamer picture, and the level upgrade.  The level upgrade was instantaneous, so I'm now level 3.  Whoopie-Do.  I'm sure there will be higher levels later on because there are gamer scores dramatically higher than 10K.
