Online Game Rental Service

Lately I have found that there aren't many games that I like enough to drop the $60 and own. There seem to be more games out there now that I would like to rent for a week or so and play through or try them out. Guitar Hero Aerosmith and Condemned 2 I'm looking at you. As a result I signed up for an online game rental services that sends you games through the mail. It is the standard arrangement of 2 games out at a time and they send you new ones when you return them in the mail. Today I should be getting Mercs 2 and The Club. I'm very excited to try out Mercs 2 but not so much The Club.

Xbox 360 - One Year Later

It was a year ago this time that I made the decision to leap into the next generation of gaming and picked up an Xbox 360. Oh what a year it has been! Over the last year I have enjoyed Gears of War, Halo 3, COD4, RSV1/2, GRAW2, The Orange Box, Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed and many others. That doesn't even include any of the PS3 titles that I enjoyed when I picked up my black beast 4 months ago (MGS4 I'm looking at talking about you). A year into this current generation of gaming I am still enjoying all of these titles just as much as I did when I first got them.

Long Time No Blog - That's Life

It certainly feels like ages since I have put fingers to key and churned out a blog.  The reason for this isn't that there is nothing to blog about.  Quite the opposite in fact.  There is too much going on and not nearly  enough time to write about it.  Recently my wife and I moved into our new condo after waiting for what seemed like forever.  The wait was well worth it because the place is absolutely amazing and only getting better as time goes on.  While deciding what space will be used for what function in our new home, my wife and i negotiated what I like to call the deal of the centur

Lazy Days In Liberty City

Like most of you it seems I can't quite get enough of Liberty City these days.  I am only 30% through the SP campaign of GTA IV because I keep getting tempted and pulled away to MP invites that are loaded with the potential of hilarious shenanigans.  As a result, Nikko has been taking a lot of naps in his crap appartment lately.  When I do get into a MP game, the majority of the time my friends and I just see what we can get into with freeplay mode instead of choosing one of the preset game types.  I often find myself laughing out loud at some of the amazing death/killing
