1. I've been looking around the web and have found no real tangible benefit to the Space Shuttle program.  I mean really, not even 1 TV channel that couldn't have been achieved with unmanned launches.

2. Apparently it's what they're trained to do.

3. The week of the Chicago LAN!  YEAH!!!

4. I have received 1 recipe and Capn and MTK once brought some with them to an Indy LAN but so far that's it.  Get with the program people.

I was watching one of my favorite shows today at work.  I think I've mentioned it before but The Andy Griffith Show is still one of the best programs ever put on the air.  It's interesting to me that the writers were able to make quirky characters that were funny yet never made jokes at the expensive of those characters.  The civility of the show is just an amazing thing to watch in a day when the cheap laughs of insults are the dominating tool of modern writers.  I don't doubt that there is some sort of cause/effect working there in our society but I'll save it for another time.

A few days ago I stopped at a newly built Burger King for lunch.  I haven't been to the BK since shopping for those cool little $5 video games they were pushing a few months back so I thought I'd stop in the fancy new store near my work. I know that the BK isn't necessarily gourmet cuisine but for a quick burger at lunch how bad could it be right?  I noticed at the drive through a new item on the menu that seemed tempting.  It was a Cookies-n-Creme Milkshake.  I have a well documented love for the cookie, but I also have deeply held feelings for ice cream as well, so this is a no brainer fo

One of the great things about having a Xbox 360 during the E3 show is being able to download many of the game trailers that the convention goers get to see then viewing them on my 60" TV.  I wasn't to interested in any particular game to play last night so I decided to d/l a few of the trailers to see what's coming out soon.  One of the ones that I was really interested in seeing was the PGR4 trailer.  I loved PGR3.  It was probably the first racing game that I've ever wanted to play, it was the first I ever finished and it ushered in the 360 to my living room.  Forza2 has been a g
