Yeh, man!  Going to Disney World for the first time next weekend.  Believe that?  Well, I went to DisneyLAND in California many, many years ago.  Had fun, but it was just an in and out in a day sorta thing.  This will be 5 days!  Woot!

The more they stay the same!  No, not talking about the new digs here on 2old2play, altho I am getting used to them and liking them more and more.  Just talking about life in general.  Didja hear the latest?  Yeh, I got married.  AGAIN!!!!!!  My one month anniversary is in 2 days.  Whew, luv being a newly wed. 

I feel like I am wandering around lost, but it looks very nice.  I did find my clan forum.  Thanks, doodi, for not losing it.  I have found that I can't post unless I disable rich-text.  What's up with that?  And, where is my sig?  Guess I need a new one.  And, I LOST ALL MY POINTS!!!  Now, that really, really hurts. 

I haven't looked the whole site over yet.  But, I will!  In my spare time......

Happy belated new year y'all.  I've been busy.  I got married last Sunday.  Yay!  That is the best thing that has happened to me for a while.  Oh, yeah, you know Murphy's Law....?  If anythng can go wrong, it will?  Well, my daughter, matron of honor, hurt her back, couldn't even get out of bed let alone drive 3 hours to stand up for me at my wedding.  Ah well, I had a perfectly lovely stand-in and the wedding came off without a hitch.  Very nice.  The bride wore red!!!!

Today is a day to think about what we have to be thankful for.

Yes!  I got the job, and it seems to be working out.  I work 8:30-5:00, usually get off on time, and am off holidays and weekends.  Nice.  Now, about the man.

I have survived all of the disasters including having our power out for 4 days.  Now in Michigan visiting my brother and family as planned.  The flight here was good, but had to get up at 4:00 am to be  at the airport on time.  Sister-in-law managed to get admitted to the hospital, but came home the night before we arrived.  She still doesn't feel so hot and is trying to show us a good time even tho it is hard.  Ack!

First we have the Dismal Swamp getting struck by lightning and continues to burn for how many weeks now?  The smoke is so heavy at times that some patients are wearing masks at the hospital.  Then, we get an earthquake.  Not that exciting, just very unusual.  NOW!!!!!!  It is my weekend to work.  Well, yeh, I work most weekends, it seems.  Guess where?  Norfolk, VA, dead center in the eye of hurricane Irene.  I know that if I can get to the hospital, that I will have to stay at least over night on Saturday.  Now, they may have the road blocked so people can't head TOWARD the hurricane, whic

Magic the Gathering is still my fav game.  I love the game, and I hate the game!  Make sense?  We are doing clan leagues and I actually won the last one!  Yes, me!  And this month, truly mediocre.  Blah.  And, my man has been playing for a whole, um, 3 or 4 months?  He is holding his own in the current league.  Sure, He loses most of the games, but he plays hard and makes 'em sweat!  What a guy!
