We had somebody come and look at "the leak" today. There is now a hole in my wall, in the kitchen. Tiles are missing for about 2' x 10', and the subfloor is wet in places, drying in others. Yikes! When I came home from work, I was greeted with hubby holding up a piece of wood with big nails in it. What? He wanted me to look at it. Yeh? Then he told me that when they were nailing on the finish work around the pipes in that area in the kitchen, they put the nails right thru the pipes! D'oh!!! It's been leaking for 17 years!
