I've reported on this blog about my cats behavior.  Long story short - one of my girlfriend's kids friends put a hole in an internal wall of my garage with his bike, as a result, one of my cats, the mother cat, got outside for a period of 24 hours or so.  Since returning, she and her son have been at odds.  Fur flying, hissing, hateful odds.  Her daughter is okay with her.  We've segregated the mother and daughter to the 2 main floors of the house.  They're fine.  We've put the son in my man cave, he's fine.  He's actually a very sweet cat.  However, any attempts to reuninte the three resul

I get a little silly with games sometimes.  I've been mildly interested in Fight Night Champion, and mildly interested in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.  Toys R Us has a deal where you buy FNC or Bulletstorm for $60, and get NFS:HP (or Dead Space 2, Fallout 3 and some others) for $20.  I decided to bite.

Last summer, I had a problem with mosquitoes and bugs in general.  Yes, in the south, you can't just expect a bug free day, but I think I can do better than last year.  I started researching ways to get rid of mosquitoes.  There are bats.  I already have a small group of them, but they're not pulling their weight.  If I attract more, then I have flying rabies all around.  I read about blue martins, but they seem to be difficult to lure in.  The area I'd like them to work is under a lot of tree cover and from what I've read, they like an open spot for their houses.  I then read that planting

I think I'm done with bulletstorm.  I got to the plant boss that ate Ishi, and found it to be an annoying boss battle, with no save points along the way, limited ammo, and just too long of a battle to start at the beginning each time I die.  So, after three times of getting him to some little worm things growing out of him, I gave up.  To the shelf of banishment with ye!

March 8 brings a hell of a lot of stuff.  In the meantime, maybe I'll get on Dead Space 2.

Bulletstorm arrived yesterday, so I gave it a whirl on the first act while the Dragon Age 2 demo downloaded.

This weekend, Best Buy had 007 Blood Stone on sale for $24.99.  I've been somewhat interested in the game, but not $60 interested, so I bit on the deal.  The game is okay.  It took me about 8 hours to finish it, but I could go back to farm some additional gamerscore.  The on-foot missions were generally good, but the driving segments were awful.
