It's cold Outside!

My car was really dirty. So, off to the car wash. Got home with my clean car, went to open my car door and the darn thing was frozen shut. I crawled over the consol to the other side, but Frosty had worked his magic there as well. I had to turn the heat on full blast for five minutes before it would open. Lesson learned, keep car dirty till spring.

We spent Christmas in the mountains at my grandparents’ home.

Rum cake (with extra run)…FTW!..yummmmm!

My grand-pop really knows how to use a chainsaw. He’ll have no problems when zombies attack.

Many things to be thankful for, these are just a few.

I have to say I'm upset after reading the responses to a fellow member's recent blog.

I don't care how you feel about her, or how much you disagree with her opinions, or whatever. What kind of man attacks a woman like this, for no reason?! Do tell. I'm all ears.

My little Warhawks of the sky (hummingbirds) are back. Funny as this might sound, I recognize two of them and they know me. The first one back came straight to where I kept the feeder last year, but it wasn't there yet. Then he flew right in my face to let me know I was slacking on my jobe of making nectar. Off I ran into the kitchen to find the feeder and make him sugar water. Never piss off a hungry hummingbird, they will kick your azz! Now, I have five, maybe six hummingbirds.
